My brother wrote an entire two months worth of ways to make people smile through random acts of kindness…..There isn’t enough of that in our society today. I bought some flowers for a friend of mine for no reason just because I care. It is nice to see a smile on someones face because I have done something nice. Really good article and lets hope more people do more random acts of kindness

Thank you Pete (@gourouxPete) for reading and commenting on my post. I have much to be grateful for and am paying forward the help, support and encouragement that I have received. I did it as a personal challenge; however, as a result others will be helped whether through the money raised or hopefully will be inspired by the fact that an ‘average’ 40 something bloke like me who always hated running can do it.
