I am a coach and mentor, specialising in helping business owners grow and develop their businesses to achieve their vision. After studying at the University of Warwick I started my career as an Electronics Engineer, via mechanical and environmental testing I became a Manager. I have significant experience in managing and developing teams and individuals in industry. In the intervening years I have gained a MSc with Distinction in Software Development and a MBA with Distinction. I served for over 12 years in the UK Reserve Forces, spending five of those years as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. I have a broad array of interests, including running, fitness, reading, music, blogging, social media and various art forms.
